The room 'The Grand Tour' had stunning views over the Itallienite garden. The suite had a large comfortable bed, 3 piece suite and large bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - we needed a fridge to store our medication in and within minutes one had been brought up to the room. The restaurant staff greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation, the spa treatments were sublime we went back for more. It is a family hotel and it was lovely to see all the special extras available for those travelling with families. The grounds and complimentary entrance to Ickworth House and gardens provided us with lots to do."
