The decor was also exceptional - a lot of attention to detail. Security to enter the property was also very tight which we loved (made us feel safe). It's a BEAUTIFUL and clean place and has a vide of an old house but has modern furniture and appeal. Also, the wonderful lady who checked me in was absolutely lovely. I was late and she waited for me without any issues. Lovely, just a pure lady. Book it! You won't be sorry. Just be prepared for stairs as there are a couple of floors to climb up (depending on your room though as mine was on high floor with balcony) but no big deal if you take your time. Also, there is an EXCELLENT restaurant (a few feet away) called Restaurante Cozinha da Sé & I ate there both nights. I still brag about both this accommodation and that restaurant which was my favorite in all of Portugal."
