We ordered the two-course menu, which was delicious, and he recommended a Riesling for the parents, they loved it so much they all immediately said yes (already a miracle with 4 60+ year olds). Then he casually offered to show them the wine cellar. Turns out, this incredibly humble man was none other than Pontus Elofsson – the legendary sommelier of Noma! We were speechless. This hotel is simply full of wonderful surprises."
