- "I felt unwell on the day I arrived at the hotel, the staff helped me get to a nearby hospital, accompanied me and took care of me throughout the medical visit, helped translate the information the doctors said and also make sure how I was feeling the next day. It really gave a good feeling, I didn't expect such good treatment and high-level service. In addition, they let my partner take out food from breakfast for me so I could eat something when I was still sick and couldn't get out of bed. The staff and service were wonderful."

The beach is 5 minutes from the room, along the way there are bars with drinks and a large swimming pool in the middle with a bar inside the pool. There you can drink traditional Dominican drinks and cocktails that are made for you on the spot by friendly and always smiling baristas. As for the food, it is very diverse, the menu covers all types of diets, from vegan to keto. There is also a bar with freshly squeezed fruit without sugar."
