The hosts Claire & Arnaud were amazing nothing was to much trouble, the bedroom was spacious as the bathroom, location was a little difficult to find but the village was delightful with a superb sailing port a short walk away to visit. The icing on the cake was the Table d Horte dinner, prepared by Claire to Michelin star standard , what a meal … this is a must, breakfast was good too. We wish the owners every success and will certainly return 5*"

- "We wanted to stay somewhere nicer but close to the BOD airport. We read the reviews and this charming petite 17c monastery lived up to expectations. The best was the restaurant - mentioned in the Michelin guide (I am happy it does not have a star yet because it makes it just as good and more approachable). The hotel is buried in the bustling suburb of Le Bouscat - bikes, cars, kids going to school - so be prepared with your car to navigate the little busy streets. But somehow you enter the garden and all of that is left behind. An oasis of calm and serenity. Rooms and restaurant impeccably and uniquely decorated to a high standard. All of it was great, and 15 min from the airport the next morning. They also have AC in the hot summers. We will go back!"
