- "A brand new hotel in a perfect location within Douro Valley. The views from the bedroom were stunning overlooking the river and vineyards. They were comfortable and clean. The rooftop pool area was amazing for cooling off in the heat, drinking their superb Pacheca wine selection and eating snacks. All the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer a first class service throughout. They organised a visit to their local winery and much more. The spa area was wonderful too and offered massages, jacuzzi, steam & sauna facilities. The restaurant offered great food and wines with delightful views over the river. The local town was less than 10 minutes by car with great restaurants nearby. A splendid place to stay and we wish them all the success!"
