Not related to the accommodation: On the beach there are too few sunbeds, many of them are broken. The wine list, whose wines you can enjoy in all restaurants, is breathtaking (over 100 pages!!). The spa is very good and staff also super friendly. A great holiday from arrival to departure. We would especially like to mention Mr Sameera Karunaratne, the Food and Beverage Manager, who checked with us every day to make sure everything was OK. My husband was not so fit for 2 days and Mr Sameera Karunaratne organised a very special meal for us in the villa. We didn't have to ask or pay anything extra for it. The same applies to a special evening with a menu on the beach because we missed the Christmas menu due to illness. Strongly recommended hotel!"

- "On top of being one of the most beautiful places on earth, the resort was very clean, and nice but the best part was the staff friendliness, professionalism, and the service quality. Over the years, we have stayed in many 5-star resorts all over the world, I can easily claim that this resort with its quality of service tops it all. We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes, our host Moosa had foreseen a complimentary villa for us to rest while our villas were being prepared, he made our stay perfect, gave us tips for exploring the island and the reef, made our bookings at the resort, as well as prepare the necessary documents for us to go back home smoothly. He was there every morning and evening to see if we needed anything or just to say hello and have a chat. The manager of the hotel, Guillaume, also greeted us daily and gave us recommendations for activities on the island. Under the management of the head of housekeeping Adam, the staff responsible for our villas Samir and Hadhee were very thorough and quick with the room preparations, they prepared special decorations on the day of arrival and the night before departure. The restaurant and bar staff were also very professional and friendly, greeting us with our names, with special attention to detail. Azuhar showed us how to make decorative fish using leaves and brought to us every morning a plate of mangosteen fruits which we did not know before.
