The main outdoor restaurant seating area was peaceful and beautiful both in the day and the night (when the sky is dark and the lights turn on). We had an amazing view of the landscape, including La Piedra. Our stay was extra-special, as we ended up being the only guests! One of the highlights was simply relaxing at the restaurant in the evening having wine, reading a book, chatting with Felipe, all while taking in the view and the stars. Speaking of food - it was delicious! Every ingredient was fresh, and the produce used was grown on the farm. We ate every meal there, and it was always great. Felipe would even pick the oranges off the tree for orange juice earlier that same day! The hotel has a location that is close to La Piedra, the center of both Guatape and El Penol. And, you can definitely do further activites as well. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret, but it was such a great stay that we would highly recommend this hotel for others."
