Firstly, communication with the hotel via Whatsapp made it so easy to just pop them a message about arrival time, or if I required anything! The location is super convenient (10/15 minute walk from Central Station or a 5 minute tram ride), it is very well marked so you cannot miss it. The interiors are so superb, a very luxe feel (however very affordable) - the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, rain shower was wonderful and there was little touches like history about the room as certain pieces were imported as well as a bottle of Prosecco already chilled in the fridge - but that view from the window, next level! I was given the option of breakfast in the room which had all the trimmings (I am still dreaming about the mini Dutch pancakes) and arrived at the time I asked. Lastly, the staff at this hotel are just INCREDIBLE / special shout out to Jasmin who was just fabulous at check in! But every staff were so lovely, asking how your day was, if they could help and just genuinely wanted you to have the best time / which I did! When checking out, I received a lovely farewell gift which was such a nice touch!
